Warranty Information
All warranties apply only to the original purchaser at the original delivery address. Burns, stains, tears and any damage resulting from what is deemed to be misuse or neglect will immediately VOID all warranties.

Furniture
The manufacturer warrants woods and upholstered furniture against defects in construction for a period of one year under normal use and conditions. If a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace as follows:

• During the first 30 days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at the discretion of Managhan’s Furniture and/or the manufacturer.
• During the remainder of the warranty period, the item will be repaired at no charge for parts or labor. Managhan’s Furniture reserves the right to charge a Delivery Fee for any replacement or exchange.

Please Note: Fabric wear, leather or vinyl that has cracked or peeled, slight softening of seat cushions, and normal wear and usage are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects and are not covered by the warranty.

Bedding
All bedding is warranted strictly through the manufacturer. Consult your salesperson for the warranty applicable to your bedding. Managhan’s Furniture reserves the right to charge a Delivery Fee for any replacement or exchange.

• ***Burns, stains and tears will immediately VOID the warranty on all bedding***
• ***Bedding is NOT returnable due to Health Department Regulations***

As-Is Merchandise
Any merchandise that is sold As-Is, Nicks and Dents, Closeout, Last One, Discontinued or Floor Sample is neither returnable nor refundable. This merchandise is subject to defects and is not covered by any repair or replacement warranty.

Cancellations/Refunds
A sale may be cancelled at no charge to the customer for up to 3 days from the date of purchase if the merchandise has not been delivered or picked up. After the 3rd day, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. (Note: This does not apply to special orders.)

Refunds are issued in the form of check for all purchases within 10 business days, with the exception of Credit Card sales that may be refunded directly back to the card that was used.

Return Policy
If after your merchandise is delivered and you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, reselection or return for store credit may be arranged up to 24 hours from the date of purchase.

All merchandise is subject to inspection before any return will be approved. A 25% restocking fee may apply.

• *** Delivery charges are not refundable.

A Pick Up/Re-delivery fee may be charged.

• *** This policy does not apply to mattresses or box-springs which are not returnable***

Delivery Policy
The Managhan’s Furniture Delivery Crew will forcibly try to make an item fit into the place of delivery.

Pick-Up Policy
Merchandise is available to be picked up from our store.
Monday– Friday: 9:00 – 11:00 am and 2:00 – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 1:30 – 4:30 pm

Managhan’s Furniture will load and assist in securing your merchandise, however you assume total responsibility upon departing our premises. Please inspect all merchandise before leaving the store.

Managhan’s Furniture is not responsible for merchandise that is picked up and found to be defective or damaged after leaving our premises.
